"Hi Miguel, Perhaps posting a review will help get your attention, as we’ve been trying to reach you for the past two weeks regarding our policy price doubling since April. Unfortunately, you have not returned our calls during this time. Each time we call, we are told you are in meetings. You have our phone number, and I called again today seeking answers. We need to resolve this matter promptly, as this lack of communication is frustrating and unacceptable. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the policy and the reason for the increase. I don't have time to be playing this games."
